Route A

Brand an existing model

Choose from the models already in production. We add your logo, match your colour, and build the cable exit and mounting arrangement to your specification.

Route B

Modify existing tooling

Start from a production model and change the insert — move a port, add a boss, alter the latch pocket or re-cut the mounting face. Usually no new mould body needed.

Customisation

What you actually get to decide

Every item below is handled in our own plant in Guangzhou — moulding, CNC and finishing on the same site.

Colour

Black as standard, or matched to your reference. Send a swatch or a colour code.

Logo printing

Your artwork printed onto the shell. Send the file and placement and we quote it with the case.

Cable exit

Position set at order, so the cable leaves the case where your frame needs it — not where the mould happens to allow.

Mounting options

Hardware fitted or supplied loose, with kits and spare parts available as separate line items.

Material

ABS, ABS+PC or aluminium alloy depending on the duty cycle. Flame-retardant grades on the models that carry them.

Cell layout

18650 or 21700, sized through the internal envelope. Tell us the cells and the configuration you build.

Dimensions

Most models can be run to a custom internal envelope without a new mould.

Mould opening

ODM for geometry that has to change. We review the drawing and quote the tooling.

Volume runs across ten Haitian injection machines with capacity for two million sets a year, shipped EXW Guangzhou, or CIF on request.

One site, one schedule

Injection moulding, CNC machining, finishing and assembly all run on the same 12,000 m² site in Guangzhou. Nothing that affects your date is subcontracted, so nothing that affects your date is outside our control.

Confidentiality

We work under NDA as a matter of course. Drawings, colour formulations and tooling are not shown to other customers, and a mould you commission is reserved for your part number.

Volume

From a single piece to an annual framework

Because the minimum is one piece, you can start where you actually are — a repair job, a prototype build, or a product launch — and scale into volume pricing later.

Single piece

Repair workshops, trial builds and new brands testing a frame. Priced at list, no sampling surcharge, no minimum-order conversation.

Small batch

Single-digit to low-hundreds quantities, including mixed orders across several models consolidated into one shipment.

Production volume

Quoted per project against your annual quantity, with capacity for two million sets a year behind it. Tell us the volume and we will price it.

How we quote tooling and volume

We do not publish a price ladder, because the number depends on the geometry, the material, the finishing and the quantity. Send the specification and you get a firm quote — within five hours for standard models, and after a drawing review for tooling projects. If we cannot do it at a price that works for you, we will say so rather than pad a number.
