Rear-mount housing for compact commuter and step-through frames, where the rack is the only free volume.
Aluminium tube rack body — 52 or 65 x 18650, or 52 x 21700, at 275-335 mm. Metal where the load path is.
The longer ALX114 body on the same aluminium tube, for packs that need the extra length.
Wide 340-series rack body with a reinforced rib pattern, sized for 21700 packs.
The biggest rack body in the range — 104 x 18650, with the charging port supplied as DC2.1, DC2.5, 3-hole microphone or 3-hole head.
Same 475 mm rack body as ALX166A but tooled for 21700 — 78 cells — with the same charging-port options.

15 Rear Rack models across 36 V – 72 V systems, on 18650 and 21700 cells — empty shells, MOQ one piece. Flat rack-mounted housings for cargo, delivery and long-tail builds — to 104 cells, without widening the bike.
Rear-rack housings mount on the carrier above the back wheel. They suit cargo bikes, delivery fleets and long-tail frames where there is no usable down-tube space, and a flat body carries more cells than a frame-mounted case of the same footprint.
This is the family that gets specified for delivery and ride-hailing fleets, where the pack has to be swapped without tools and the bike still has to look ordinary. Our rack bodies run from a 310 mm short form up to 616 mm for long-tail frames, in both all-plastic and aluminium-tube construction.
Fourteen bodies are tooled. Where a rack needs a geometry we do not hold, we quote a mould — bring the carrier drawing or the space you have between the rails.
Also known as: also searched as a rear carrier battery case or rack battery box. Matching an existing rack? The rail spacing and the controller cavity decide the fit — both are on each model’s drawing.
Six mountings, six jobs: Hailong and Silver Fish dock on the down-tube, integrated moulds into the frame, downtube suits standard tubes, rear rack carries cargo, and water bottle fits small packs. Choose by frame first, then by cell count.
The universal fitment. Waterproof ABS and PC+ABS shells with key lock, cable exit and mounting kit options, sized for 18650 or 21700 packs.
Tapered shells that slide into a frame or seat-post carrier — the retrofit standard for folding bikes, mountain frames and conversion builds.
Hidden housings that sit inside the down-tube, plus conversion kits with aluminium-alloy reinforcement.
Bolt-on housings that mount above or below the down-tube, taking 18650 packs to 104 cells. The largest family we hold tooling for.
Mounts on standard bottle bosses — the lowest-cost way to add range to a frame with no down-tube space.
That is all we need to point you at the right case. Quoted within five hours, MOQ one piece.
