That really is all we need to point you at the right case. You will have a quotation within five hours — with the internal envelope, the price and a delivery date, not a "we will revert". Single piece or container load, same form.
Fields marked * are required. Everything you send stays confidential and is covered by our standard NDA on request.
Any one of these lets us answer properly on the first reply instead of asking questions back:
Within five hours. For standard models our reply carries the price, the minimum and the lead time. For a custom tooling project we may need a little longer because we cost the mould before putting a number on it — we would rather take an extra few hours than quote something we have to revise.
Yes. Repair workshops buy one or two at a time, and new brands use the same route to sample before they have a catalogue. If you want to test a fit, run a trial build or check our finish quality against your own frame, one piece is a valid order.
About 15 days as standard. Orders that include logo printing or a custom colour add a few days for set-up. A custom mould is quoted separately and carries its own timeline, because the tooling has to be cut and trialled before production can start.
For mechanical parts we own the specification. For electrical parts we are the courier and the paperwork. We do not make cells, BMS, motors or controllers, and we do not design or certify them — but we will source them on request and ship them with your mechanical order, as separate line items under the original maker's certification. The design and the compliance stay with that maker, and pack assembly stays with you or your assembler. Tell us which cells you use and we will confirm the internal envelope is sufficient.
Yes. Tell us the model or send us your dimensions and we will issue the drawing with the internal envelope, mounting points and cable-exit positions so you can check the fit against your frame. You cannot evaluate a housing you cannot measure, so this comes before an order rather than after.
Yes — we can sign yours or provide ours. Drawings, colour formulations and tooling are not shown to other customers, and a mould you commission is reserved for your part number. Send the NDA with your drawing and we will return it signed before we open the file.
A manufacturer. Our range is produced at our own plant in Guangzhou — ten Haitian injection moulding machines, fifteen CNC centres, finishing, assembly and packing on one 12,000 m² site. The tooling, the specification and the drawings are ours, and we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the line your order will run on. Factory visits are welcome.
What we own is not the machines. It is the specification, the inspection and the shipment — one order, one quality standard, one consolidated delivery, one person to call when something is wrong.
Send us the model — or just the frame you are building for — and the reply carries the internal envelope, the price, the minimum and the delivery date. One piece or a container load, the same form and the same five hours.
Waterproof construction is a design feature across all 6 families, housings are moulded from ABS and aluminium alloy for impact and shock resistance, and flame-retardant grades and ventilated models are available on specific part numbers. If your market requires a stated ingress-protection rating, tell us the requirement with your enquiry and we will confirm in writing what the model you are considering is actually tested to.
EXW Guangzhou is our first term. You collect at the factory gate, so the trucking, the freight and the risk are yours from that point — and you keep your own forwarder and your own rates. If you have no China-side agent, say so with your enquiry: we file the export declaration on every shipment we send, which is not something a buyer outside China can do, and we will confirm what else we can arrange.
CIF is our second option, and the one most buyers take. We arrange and pay the freight and the insurance to your destination port, so you deal with one party from our loading bay to yours. Risk passes to you when the goods are on board — which is what keeps the freight cost where it is.
We do not quote FOB. Local charges at Chinese ports are not consistently defined, and under FOB your forwarder bills them to us. That is a dispute neither of us wants after the goods have sailed, and EXW and CIF both avoid it.
We ship regularly to North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, and will consolidate several models into one shipment if you are stocking more than one fitment.
T/T — bank transfer. The deposit scales with order size, so we do not publish a fixed percentage: a first order of two hundred cases and a repeat order of five thousand do not carry the same terms. Whatever is agreed appears on the proforma invoice before you pay anything. Terms are negotiable.
The minimum order is one piece, so a sample is simply an order of one. Tell us the model and the delivery city and our reply carries the unit price, the courier cost and the transit days — you should not have to ask twice for either figure.
We do not publish a single carton table, because there is not one: a bare shell, a shell with mounting hardware and a shell with a lock and keys ship in different cartons and weigh different amounts. Give us the model and the accessory list with your enquiry and the quotation comes back with the carton dimensions, pieces per carton and gross weight — so you can price the freight yourself rather than asking us for a second reply.
