Every order runs the same way: you send the model or the drawing, we quote within five hours, you approve the proforma invoice, we produce and ship. This page sets out the payment methods and the shipping terms behind that sequence.
Our standard method for production orders. The deposit scales with order size and is stated on the proforma invoice before you pay anything.
For sample orders we can issue a payment link through our WorldFirst account, or accept Alipay. The amount includes the courier cost to your address.
Available by arrangement, not automatically. Tell us before the PI is issued and we will confirm whether we can accept it for that order.
We do not run a shopping cart and never collect card details on alx-ebike.com. Every payment goes through the method stated on your PI or payment link.

MOQ is one piece, so a sample is an order of one. Samples ship in about 7 days; the quote includes the courier cost and the transit days to your city.
About 15 days for standard models. Logo printing or a custom colour adds a few days; a custom mould is quoted separately.
Quoted per shipment, because it depends on quantity, mode (courier, air or sea) and destination. We do not publish a single transit table that would be wrong for most orders.
Carton dimensions and quantity per carton are quoted per model. Several models can be consolidated into one shipment if you stock more than one fitment.
Anything not stated here is confirmed on the proforma invoice for your order.
The reply carries the unit price, the courier cost and the transit days — one message, not three.
